Scripture:
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Reflection:
Today, we are invited to focus on gratitude, even in life’s smallest details. It’s easy to overlook the everyday blessings—waking up in a warm bed, having food on the table, or sharing a moment with a friend. But these small, daily gifts are where true joy can be found. Gratitude opens our eyes to God’s presence in every part of our lives, lifting our spirits and deepening our connection with Him.
Challenge:
Take a few minutes this morning to list five things you’re grateful for, no matter how small. Try to notice something new, something you might often overlook. Hold these blessings close to your heart as reminders of God’s love throughout your day.
Prayer:
“Lord, thank You for the blessings You have placed in my life. Help me to recognize Your goodness in both big and small ways. Teach me to be grateful in all circumstances, to see Your hand at work, and to carry joy and gratitude wherever I go. Amen.”
Thought for the Day:
“Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity… it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.” – Melody Beattie
Let today be a reminder that gratitude is a choice, and each moment holds a reason to give thanks.
